本案是位于珠海的一个下叠别墅住宅，业主希望打造一个雅奢、高品质的生活场景。设计师通过暖色的艺术漆墙面和原木色的木地板地面营造出温馨的氛围，局部使用普拉达绿岩板，岩板随机的纹理像流动的碧水一般，为空间带来高级且灵动的感觉。

This project is a lower-level villa residence located in Zhuhai, where the owner aims to create an elegant and luxurious, high-quality living environment. The designer utilized warm-toned artistic paint on the walls and natural wood flooring to cultivate a cozy atmosphere. Prada Green stone slabs with their random patterns, reminiscent of flowing emerald water, are used in select areas, adding a touch of sophistication and dynamic energy to the space.

因为地下室层高只有2米5，我们通过把天花设计成与地面接近的木饰面，这样空间会形成一种温润的包裹感，减去完成面后剩余2米4的层高反而让人的视线更接近木饰面，空间质感更强。
Due to the 2.5-meter ceiling height in the basement, we designed the ceiling with wood paneling similar to the floor material. This creates a warm, enveloping feel in the space. After accounting for finishing materials, the remaining 2.4-meter height brings the eye closer to the wood surfaces, enhancing the room’s texture and overall aesthetic, making the space feel more intimate and cohesive despite the lower ceiling.

The owner loves hosting gatherings, so we strategically placed the lounge and bar areas near the atrium. The atrium features a micro-landscape courtyard that not only offers a space for relaxation, entertainment, and interaction but also brings natural light into the basement. This design infuses the interior with soft, natural lighting, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

层高不高的情况下我们通过搭配靠背和尺度矮一点的主体家具，沙发我们选的是B&B的cameleonda模块化沙发作为主体家具，让空间感更舒适。

因为没有足够的天花高度隐藏射灯，所以我们的灯光设计用了更多的壁灯，楼梯灯，层板灯去补光，主要照明用明装筒灯的形式。所以明装筒灯的形式感我们通过结合整体结构层次进行排位。
Due to the limited ceiling height, we couldn’t conceal recessed lighting, so we incorporated more wall lights, stair lights, and shelf lighting for additional illumination. The primary lighting is handled using surface-mounted downlights. To enhance the design, we carefully arranged these downlights to align with the overall structural layers, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic harmony.
